He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Howard and Leatha Howard (Allen); and his siblings, Sandy Suggs-Carnero, Lester Goodger and Gordon Goodger.
He is survived by: his wife Dorleen Howard; and his children, Keith Howard (Paula) of Ponca City and Missy Stolhand (Randy) of Ponca City.
