He is survived by: his wife Billie; his children, Brooke Williams (Jeff) of Ponca City and Kevin Startz (Leslie) of Edmond; his brothers, Steve Startz (Ruth) of Norman and Glenn Startz of Calvin; his grandchildren, Abby, Dylan (Olivia), Kirsi (Eli), Kyle (Heather) and Cole; his great grandchildren, Nora, Teddy, Ezra, Brooklyn and Perry; his niece Kelly Ross; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kassidy, Kameryn, Kensi and Kalli; his nephews, Greg and Tim Startz; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Garrett and Colt.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Harvest Hall (201 N 2nd St, Ponca City, OK 74601).
