He is survived by: his pet Zoe; his wife Carol; his children, Julie, Kelly and John T (Green); his sons-in-law, Robert Feathers and Marty Pettit; his grandsons, Trevor Howard and Tyler Howard; his sister Louise Green Lemke; and his sibling's children, Wendy Green McCullough (Mike) of Houston, Texas and Ron Green.
