He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred, Jr. Smiddy and Agatha Smiddy (Roberts); his grandfathers, Fred Sr. Smiddy (Jesse) and Eugene Roberts (Lola); his siblings, Sandra (JB Dunn) and Gerald Smiddy; his nephew Christoper Scott; and his great-niece Bella Gauthun.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Smiddy (Heather) of Owasso and Samuel Smiddy of Bono, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Ashton, Emalee, Averly and Kamden; his sisters, Rebecca Scott (Charlie) of Yukon and Cathy Gauthun (Dieter) of Duncan, Oklahoma; and his nieces and nephews, Eric Dunn, Jeromy Smiddy, Dean Gauthun, Andrew Smiddy, Kendra Dunn and Kelly Gauthun. He is also survived by fourteen great nieces and nephews, and three great-great nieces and nephews.
