She is survived by: her husband Dewey E. Smith; her sons, Keith Smith (Sherry) of Poteau and Kirk Smith (Susan) of Howe, Oklahoma.; her sister Carolyn Ruth Conkin (Melton) of Fall Branch, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Andrew Smith, Hannah Harder, Tim Harder, Carrie Beckwith, Katherine Hollifield and Courtney Demure; and her great grandchildren, Cris Chancellor, Connor Chancellor, Cali Chancellor, Dustin Wiesner, Braeden Wiesner, Mason Smith, Aidan Hollifield, Valerie Smith and Noah Beckwith.
