With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Clyma of Poteau, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 21, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As James departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved James. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wallace Russell and Doris Clyma (Kreipke); his daughters, Miranda Goodrich (Jason) of Poteau, OK and Marissa Gilcrease of Bentonville, AR; his sisters, Terry Allen, Sandra Irvin and Nancy Smith; and his grandchildren, Jadyn Gilcrease, Delilah Winter, Sky and Zoe Goodrich.
