He was predeceased by: his father Rayson Billey; and also Betty Billey. He is survived by: his children, Samantha Billey (Clay King), Shawna Lopez (Brandon) of Pocola, OK, Sabrina Billey (Daniel Conyers) and Scot Billey (Judy Billey) of Dallas, TX; and his grandchildren, Everett, Sophia and Hazel Lopez.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler (204 NE F St, Stigler, OK 74462).
