She is survived by : her children, Irene Couch Percifield, Ruth Couch Jenkins, Othel Couch and Karen Gaither Robbins (Jared Switzner); her grandchildren, Zaven Isa (Corbin Harris) and Gabrielle Robbins of Poteau; her great grandchildren, Zalie Isa of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Zander Isa and Zarrah Isa of Edmond, Oklahoma; and her significant other Lucy.
