He is survived by: his father Leon Dershem; his wife Terri Dershem; his children, Daniel and Elizabeth; his brothers, Mark (Kim), Chad (Stephani) and Sean (Nancy Jo); his nephew Kelly Michael; his stepmother Jamie Dershem; and his friends, John Hawkins and William Holland. He is also survived by other relatives and many, many friends.
