With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tommy Clifford Smith of Poteau, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 10, 2026 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmer, Pearl Hill, Glen and Reola Smith; and his father-in-law Howard Holt.
He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Smith and Merry Smith of Spiro; his wife Kristie Smith; his sons, Chase Smith (Reagan) of Moore, Cale Smith of Moore, Finn and Milly; his sister Tiffany; his brother-in-law Keith Smith of Spiro; his brother Chris Smith of Pennsylvania; his siblings-in-law, Kelli and Chris Browning of Muskogee; his mother-in-law Linda Holt of Stigler; his nieces and nephews, Rainy Long (Jerrod) of Spiro, Noah Smith (Sydney) of Poteau, Chandler Browning of Stigler and Grant Browning (Gabi) of Bartlesville; his great-nieces, Madi Long and Ally Browning; and his great-nephew Clay Long. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, coworkers, and dear friends.
