She was predeceased by : her parents, Randell Lewis and Minnie Bond Ludlow; her daughter Dorothy Ludlow; her granddaughter Morgan Ward; and her siblings, Floyd Ludlow, Kenneth Ludlow, Edith Samuels, Juanita Ludlow and Shirley Lowman.

She is survived by : her sons, Randy Ludlow of Taft and Ramsey Ward of Poteau, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Clifford Ludlow of Honobia, Austin Ludlow of Talihina, Marvin Ludlow of Ludlow, Oklahoma, Eula Johnson of Honobia and Carol Burge of Wilburton, Oklahoma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
