He is survived by: his wife Tera Scroggins (Miner) of Prague; his children, Cameron Scroggins and Kaitlynn Scroggins of Prague; his mother Deborah Anne Scroggins (Pinner) of Shawnee; his siblings, Rebecca Oden of Fort Gibson and Joseph Scroggins of Shawnee; his parents-in-law, Angela Chandler (Brian) of Bristow and Terry Miner of Holdenville; his brother-in-law Michael Miner (Jess) of Connecticut; and his aunt Amy (Monty) of Shawnee. He is also survived by his nieces and a nephew; as well as numerous friends.
