He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewett Potts and Edith Potts (Swearingen); and his siblings, Pearlene, Larry and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
