He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Thomas Howell and Lois Fowler; his stepfather Red Fowler; and his sister Barbara Ann Howell. He is survived by: his wife Billie Gail Howell; his daughters, Cindy Howell, Jennifer Howell (Brian Strickler), Lisa Howell (Randall Brown) and Ginger Howell (David Argo); his grandchildren, Timothy Hogan, Emily Hogan, Joey Hogan, Markie Carlock, Madison Podest, Stormy Blake, Phillip Blake, Jacob Blake, Audrey Lemmings and Gavin Lemmings; his uncle Pete Corgill; and his pet Diesel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Service - Prague (1405 W Main St, Prague, OK 74864).
