He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Hellams; his children, Stacy Conatser (Craig) of Oklahoma City, Andrea Hellams of Edmond and Dustin Hellams (Sheila) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Kody Kerley (Haylee), Camden Hellams, Chloe Hellams and Mikalah Butckner (Courtney Conatser); his great grandchild Kohan Kerley; and his brother Chris Hellams of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
