He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Clyde Dennis Felts and Marilyn Felts (Gaffney); his wife Rachelle Tuttle; and his children, Rya and Cayden.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Mayes County Youth Football Association, the German Shepherd Rescue Foundation, or to any local mental health charity.
