She is survived by: her husband Marshall Ballard; her children, Adam Ballard (Kristen Turpin) and Kate (Cory) of Pryor; her stepson Jim Ballard (Lisa) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Connie and Isaiah Mendez.
