She is survived by: her children, Tracy (Donna) of Pryor, Monte (Shawn) of Kansas City, KS, Jeffery of Sallisaw, OK and Joseph (Gina) of Claremore, OK; her siblings, Pauline Hogue (Charles) and Rick Maggard of Woodward, OK.; and her grandchildren, Brandy Hair (Josh) of Tulsa, OK, Matthew Smith (Kaimi) of Enid, OK, Tye Silverthorn (Phillip) of Tulsa, OK, Jenna Caudle of Sallisaw, OK, Taylor Smith (Lauren) of Olathe, KS, Jacob Smith (Katarina) of Inola, OK, Joey Smith (Ashley) of Pryor, Spencer Smith (Cayenne) of Catoosa, OK, Dr Quincey Fort (Tristan) of Springfield, MO and Colin Ward (Chelsea) of Tulsa, OK.. She is also survived by twenty-six great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stephens - Key Chapel (1525 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Creekside Church (1500 E Graham Ave, Pryor, OK 74361).
