He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cowen and Mildred "Bertie" Cowen (Sory); and his wife Elaine Cowen. He is survived by: his children, Duane Cowen (Candy) of Navarre Beach, John Cowen of Pryor, Oklahoma and Dianna Williams (Bob) of Stonewall, Oklahoma; and his great grandchildren, Bryan Pogue, Jake Williams, Brycen Cowen, Madlin Cowen, Tyler Cowen, Taegus Pogue, Chase Cowen, Zach Cowen, Savannah Cowen and Bentley Cowen. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
