He was predeceased by: his uncle Peter Lewis; and his cousins, Lindsey Rutledge and Kramer Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Wagner Lewis (Stacey) of Capron and Robin Earlene Bratton (Keele) of Alva; his wife Brooke Lewis of Pryor; his sons, Clayton Lewis, Carson Lewis and Canyon Lewis; his brother Drake Lewis (Jaden) of Burlington; and his stepsiblings, Nolan Bratton of Alva and Rachel Bratton of Alva. He is also survived by his in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through Marshall Funeral Home to assist with the educational future of Dylan's three sons.
