She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Potts and Mary Potts (Holt); her husband Jim Rush; her daughter Tonda Rush; and her brother Billy Potts.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Philbin (Joanna) of Pryor and Kevin Philbin (Julie) of Peggs, Oklahoma. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel (1204 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361).
