It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Daniel Deshong (Pryor, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Deshong and Alma Deshong (Pendley); and his stepson Charles Kranz. He is survived by : his wife Penny Deshong; his stepdaughter Kimberly Kranz of Inola, Oklahoma; his stepsister Kay Butterfield (Ron) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his friend Bonnie Hammond (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.

As a dedicated member of this fraternal organization, he embodied their principles of brotherhood, charity, and goodwill towards all.
