She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius William Talbot and Catherine Muriel Talbot; her husband Richard (Douglas); her daughter Lorri Annette Couch (Douglas); her son-in-law R. L.; her sister Pamela Smith; and her grandparents, Aaron, Ruth Chitwood, Lofton and Emma Talbot.
She is survived by: her son Philip Brian Douglas (Alethea); her brothers, Talbot Jr. (Jan), Robert Talbot (Tyrena) and Chris Talbot (Kim); her granddaughter Ashley Couch of Pryor, OK; her great grandchild Levi Baker; her uncle Robert "Foye" Talbot of West Covina, CA; and her sister-in-law Regina Jackson of Locust Grove, OK. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
JoAnn loved quilting and fostering the tradition so her, her daughter and son-in-law opened and owned a quilt shop in Pryor named Capstone Creations for 10 years until Covid forced them to close.
