He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Qualls and Dolores Qualls (Lee); his children, Johnathan Qualls and Megan Qualls; his stepson Austin Lott; his sons, Travis, Bentley and Holden; and his sister Kilby Barringer (Dustin Barringer). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
