He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Easky (Gwartney) and Willie Murphy; and his siblings, Willie Jo Beem, Roy Murphy and Velma Murphy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Rachel White, Roxie Vann (KK), Rick Murphy and Bill Murphy (Kathryn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many other extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shipman's Funeral Home Chapel (1204 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the Mayes Cemetery (1878 Kenwood Rd, Salina, OK 74365).
