She was predeceased by: her parents, George McKinzie and Margaret McKinzie (Lacy); her husband Galen Smith; her son William Toler; her siblings, Penny, Martha, Kathy and Robert McKinzie; and her nephew Joey Toler.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Toler of Locust Grove, OK, Barbara Price of Locust Grove, OK, Leon Toler (Tasha) of Locust Grove, OK, Leona Pippin (James) of Claremore, OK, Edgar Toler of Tampa, FL and Sylvester Toler Jr. of Collinsville, OK; and her siblings, George McKinzie (Sandra) of Pryor, OK, Carol Riley of Pryor, OK and Lily Lazorchak (Steve). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
