He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alfred Peters and Verdie Ella Peters (Weaver); his wife Rollo May; his son Wade Allen Peters; his son-in-law Curtis True; and his great grandchild Makayla Brewster.
He is survived by: his daughters, LaDena True of Pryor and Lynette Koedyker (Corey) of McAlester.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stephens-Key Chapel (1525 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Free Will Baptist Church-Pryor (107 S Ora St, Pryor, OK 74361).
