He is survived by: his wife Terry Teigen; his children, Ray Teigen Jr. of Pryor, OK, Stephanie Ward (Jason) of Locust Grove, OK, Becky Cowen (Steve Bradshaw) of Pryor, OK and Tina Freisberg (Colby) of Catoosa, OK.; his brother Larry Millage; and his mother-in-law Joyce Ketterman. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
