He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moore and Delpha Moore (Stafford). He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Moore; his children, Rachel Bradshaw, Jeremy Moore (Barbara), Jenny Moore, David Moore (Jackie) and Matt Moore; his siblings, Keith Moore (Laura) and Debra Sampsel; and his pet Kitty. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stephens-Key Funeral & Cremation Care (1525 NE 1st St, Pryor, OK 74361). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Christ Pryor (605 S Coo Y Yah St, Pryor, OK 74361).
