He is survived by : his wife Kimberli Mendinghall; his daughters, Deziray Howard, Kassandra Millin, Karen Peters, Izabell Mendinghall, Cydney Mendinghall and Abbigail Mendinghall; his mother Diana Cain; and his siblings, Jeremy Cain, Alex Cain, Tristan Cain, Ryan Cain, Chad Lawson and Savannah Cain.
