He is survived by: his wife Lacey Willyard; his children, Jodey, Wyatt and Jamie; his sister Sara Van Horn (Steve) of Locust Grove; his brother-in-law Matthew Davis (Brittany); his sibling's children, Sean Earp (Michalea), Nicolas Van Horn, Sophie Van Horn, Natalie Van Horn and Kenzie Davis; his great-niece Samilynn Earp; and his great-nephew Hudson Earp.
