He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Musgrave and Della Musgrave (Byrd); his wife Shirley Ann Perkins; and his brother Roy Musgrave. He is survived by: his sons, Steve Musgrave (Tami) and Gary Musgrave (Connie); and his grandchildren, Greg Wallis (Jamie), Jolene Morrow (Mark) and Jordan Musgrave (Leah). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
