He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Pete McCormack and Ellen Pearl Moore (Jones); his grandson Dr. Anthony Morris; his wife Frances McCormack; and his daughters, Janetta and Karen.

He is survived by: his siblings, Dottie, Jay, Jack and Thad; his daughters, Vicky Morris (John) of Purcell, Rita McCormack of Houston and Becky McMillian (Kevin) of Newalla; his sisters, Mary and Charlotte; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jason, Jeremy and Jamie. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Little Chapel (127 S Canadian Ave, Purcell, OK 73080). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hillside Cemetery.
