She is survived by: her mother Geraldine L. Cox (Phelps); her husband Bobby Hawkins; her children, John Hawkins and Sara Boomer (Kyle); her sister Jana Cox; and her grandchildren, Khyla Hawkins, Alma Boomer and Leo Boomer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
