He was predeceased by: his father Arnold Ray Doak Sr.; and his siblings, Allen Ray Doak (Keri Doak) of Guthrie, Oklahoma and Diana "Dede" Lee Doak. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Ellen Donihoo (Kay); his father-in-law William Donihoo of Bethany, Oklahoma; his wife Marty Doak (Jones) of Purcell, Oklahoma; and his sister RueDonna Wilkins (Ronnie Wilkins) of Norman. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
