He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Higgins and Lillian Milliken (Mahan); his former wife Wanda Higgins; his siblings, Naomi Ellenburg, Joe Higgins, Willie Higgins and Kenneth Higgins; and his daughter-in-law Amy Higgins.
He is survived by: his wife Teri Northcott-Higgins; his children, Trina Atkinson (Tolar) of Purcell, Jeff Higgins (Tabby) of Washington and Mike Higggins (Christina) of Washington; and his stepson Terry Massey (Amy) of Madill. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Little's Chapel (127 S Canadian Ave, Purcell, OK 73080). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
