She was predeceased by : her parents, Wallace Stephens and Doris Stephens (Hoskins). She is survived by : her children, Terry Rutledge (Kristi) of Oklahoma City and Taffy Meadows of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Cortney Meadows, Brandi Telford, Brooke Rutledge, Tanner Rutledge, Hannah Rutledge and Kaylee Rutledge; and her great grandchildren, Trevor Meadows, Brendon Meadows, Ryleigh Telford, Braxton Arnold, Summer Arnold and Cade Telford.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel (4748 US-81, Duncan, OK 73533). The inurnment was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at the TBD Duncan Municipal Cemetery (1910 W Cypress Ave, Duncan, OK 73533).
