He was predeceased by: his father Robert Albert "Bob" Perry; and his niece Kaylea Perry. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Bell Perry (Rhodes) of Moore; his wife Kay Perry; his sons, Ryan Perry, Jennipher of Spotsylvania, VA and Kyle Perry of Purcell, OK; his siblings, Janice Hardy (Ken) of Tuttle, Bobby Perry (Marcie) of Moore, Jerry Perry (Debbie) of Nicoma Park and Larry Perry (Kim) of Moore; and his grandchildren, Corbin Perry (Daphne Newman), Jordan Perry and Xavier Perry.
