He is survived by: his daughter Sheryl Stephens; his grandchildren, Brad Stephens and Brandy Stephens McCalip (Brian); his great grandchildren, Cole Stephens, Owen McCalip, Chase Stephens and Cora McCalip; and his nephew Stephen Donaho. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
His contributions to the field were significant, reflecting his strong work ethic and commitment to bettering the lives of others.
