He is survived by: his brother Don Duncan (Linda); and his children, Harley Duncan Jr. (Cynthia), Lynda Williams (David), Debra Ryans, Chris Whitefield (Christie), Tiffany McLaughlin-Wilson (William) and Joshua Duncan (Teala). He is also survived by other family members, friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Little Chapel (127 S Canadian Ave, Purcell, OK 73080). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Rosedale First Baptist Church (37740 Arkansas Ave, Rosedale, OK 74831).
