He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Rains and Virginia Rains (Burns); and his daughter Jennifer Rains Willige. He is survived by: his son Josh Rains (Jessie); his grandchildren, Addie Rains, Jared Ray (Lunna) and Jilliam Willige Eperson (Kordell Craft); his great grandchildren, Violet Ray and Lorali Craft; and his brothers, Bill Rains and John Rains. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Jerusalem Cemetery.
