He is survived by: his son Jack; his former wife Mary Henwood; his sisters, Jeannie Anne Zysek (Jerry) and Cathy Mae Hauser (Donald); his brother-in-law David Zysek; and his close friends, Chuck and Shawnda Tate. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
