He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Sue Tompkins; his son Larry Dale Tompkins; his parents, Mart Tompkins and Ruby Tompkins; and his sister Fay Burgess.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jeff Tompkins (Hilary) of Konawa and Jill Lee (Cody) of Tuttle; and his great grandchildren, Jace, Tyson, Hailey and Jaxson.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Little's Chapel (127 S Canadian Ave, Purcell, OK 73080).
