He was predeceased by: his parents, Johney Burse Maynard and Barbara Anna Maynard (Melton); his wife Mary Dee Maynard; his sister Joan Parker; his son-in-law Juan Marrero; his grandson-in-law Eddie Tabor; and his granddaughter Shannon Tabor.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Maynard (Cindy), Cindy Marrero of Washington, Deanne Maynard of Washington and Michelle Place (Danny) of Washington; his grandchildren, John Maynard, Joe Marrero, Jeremy Marrero, Jaci Marrero Simon, Tony Guerra, Sean Guerra, Eddie Guerra, Kendra Place, Andrew Place and Maggie Place; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Emma, Zander, Harley, Nevaeh, Peyton, Kinsley of Aiden, JD, Aubrey, Jack, Wyatt, Slevin, Brantley, Waylon and Lincoln; his great great grandchild Elliot; and his siblings, Ronnie Maynard of Purcell, Rick Maynard (Jane) of Goldsby, Peggy Mattingly of Purcell and Bonnie Ragland of Tulsa.
