He is survived by: his wife Joyce Henry; his sons, Andy Cornforth (Aimee), Tony Cornforth (Amy) and David Cornforth (Mindi); his siblings, Kathy Bertram (Dick), Jerry Cornforth (Wanda) and Don Cornforth (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, Emily, Aubrey, Katy, Haley, Ethan, Maci and Leah.
