Lenora Irene McCalip Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lenora Irene McCalip (Purcell, Oklahoma), born in Norman, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 11, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Thomas and Ellen P Willcox (McCraw); her parents, Marvin Jeffrey and Myrtle Willcox (White); and her husband Norman McCalip.
She is survived by: her children, Terri Baxter (Justin) and Jonathan Canfield (Sierra); her grandsons, Jason Baxter (Lucresha) and Joshua Baxter (Jenna); her great grandchildren, Jaycee Carter (Matthew), Brody, Peyton Baxter, Bryntlee and June Canfield; and her sisters-in-law, Karen McCalip and Lana McCalip. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was in charge of planning fellowship meals, decorating the sanctuary and fellowship hall for holidays and special events, assisting with the charity pharmacy and bread ministry.
