He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Wade and Allie Wade. He is survived by : his great grandchild Jimmy; his wife Della Ellen Wade; his daughter Linda Ball of Hot Springs; and his grandchildren, DeAnn Utley, Kim Morris and Lori Mooneyham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
