He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Edwin Lewis, Sr.; his grandparents, Lucky, Katherine Lewis and Mildred Markland; and his wife Brandy Lewis (Lawson).
He is survived by: his mother Wanda Lee Lewis, Sr. (Markland) of Grove, OK; his sisters, Trisha Wesley (Jason) of Grove, OK and Michelle Lewis of Berrville, MI; and his pets, Moonlight, River and Stormy. He is also survived by 11 nephews and 5 nieces.
