She is survived by: her son Chase Anthony Troxel of Wagoner, OK; her stepson Kevin Rather of Wyandotte, OK; her daughters, Alexis Lee Troxel of Wagoner, OK and Joyce Rather of Joplin, MO; her siblings, Michael Anthony Notarnicola of Wagoner, OK, Bridgette Lowe of California and Christina Ritenour of Texas; and her niece Amanda Marie Notarnicola of Wagoner, OK. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
