It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosalee Horn of Quapaw, Oklahoma, born in Miller, Missouri, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Baldwin and Elizabeth Baldwin (Jackson); her husband William Richard "Dick" Horn Sr.; her daughter Donna Jean "Sue" Brewer; her great grandchildren, Sara Christian, Baby Suman, Levi Henry Sharbutt, Brady Brewer and Mia Karhoff; and her siblings, Dorothy McLendon, Jim Baldwin, Emery Baldwin, Mildred McCandles, Buck Baldwin and Ralph Baldwin.
She is survived by : her children, William Richard Horn Jr. (Colleen), Joyce Roberts (Arland), Shirley Sharbutt (Paul "Huck") and Ronald Horn (Sandra); and her son-in-law James Brewer. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 20 great-great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
